Our Shared Space: The 3-Point Breath Technique When we practice together, we will focus on a dynamic 3-point breath technique. Very similar to Holotropic Breathwork, this specific pattern uses deep, continuous, and accelerated breathing alongside soul-stirring music to help you enter a deeply meditative state. In this safe space, trapped energy, stagnant emotions, and old stories can gently surface, allowing you to finally release them.
